Is Kwesi Nyantakyi really the "devil" in Ghana football

Many are calling for the head of the president of Ghana football Association, Lawyer Kwesi Nyantakyi. He's been tagged with corruption and incompetence, but the question is, are their reasons justified?

Kwesi took over from Dr Nyaho Tamakloe in 2005 and since then there's been the good and the bad which in any human institutions should happen.

Qualifying for the prestigious world cup is no news to Ghanaians because we've been there 3 times, but remember we got this mentality because of a certain Kwesi Nyantakyi, not to talk of Africa Cup of Nations, which was on and off pre-Nyantakyi.

During our "dark" days every Ghanaian was yearning to see Ghana compete with the rest of the world but it was not to be. I've never seen an ecstatic Ghana until we beat Czech Republic in Germany 2006 world cup. The first team from Africa to win the FIFA Under 20 world cup in Egypt. Our female national teams qualifying for almost every tournament.

Our local league is dying, no sponsorships for the clubs, The mentality of create, loot and share at the GFA, we call it "coefficient", which sums up the alleged corruption embedded on Kwesi Nyantakyi, grassroots football not exciting anymore, that's a shortfall.

What about we the stakeholders, supporters choose to watch English premier league or Spanish La Liga over the Ghana Premier league, presenters use most of the time to talk about foreign sports rather than the local sports.

Journalists leading a crusade for the head of Nyantakyi to resign is totally preposterous, is there a  hidden agenda?

We all have a role to play to help develop football in our beloved country, Nyantakyi is not the devil after all, he can't be 100%, and if indeed he is the "devil" he should be voted out and not embarking on a street demonstration.

He was elected and not appointed.
