TECHNOLOGY TO SEE MILLIONS UNEMPLOYED, UNDEREMPLOYED AND UNEMPLOYABLE; THE “USELESS” COHORT-80% OF GHANA’s LABOUR FORCE
Dear Ghana,
➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖
Employment across the world comes in three faces; the upper, the middle and the lower class. Majority of the labour force in Ghana is captured under the “useless” class; for the want of a better word. This is why;
➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖
The future of this globe is presenting a world where the livelihood is mostly computerized or technological.
➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖
1.3million people die every year due to road accidents with majority of the reasons being human error. The future presents Autonomous vehicles (self driving cars) which would reduce this 1.3 million deaths to nearly 0.
➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖
Do we know what this means;
➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖
1. Taxi drivers are going to loose their jobs
➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖
2. Trotro and bus drivers would go out of job
➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖
3. Even food vendors and street hawkers are all going to loose their jobs due to the fast advancement of technology and online marketing.
➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖
4. Less human contacts will be the order of the day and even shop owners would also run into grave losses.
➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖
5. The controversial “Okada” and “Pragyia” drivers would also loose their jobs.
➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖
6. Cleaning would be done by robots hence cleaners would loose thier source of livelihood.
➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖
7. Security guards and even our security forces would to a great extent be rendered adamant as the crime rate would be reduced drastically as a result of low human contacts.
➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖
The list is endless and if this doesn’t alarm you, I don’t know what will...
➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖
Sadly this wouldn’t be the fault of the individual but technology would simply make people “useless”
➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖
Unless one can code and is very conversant with computer based systems, speak various languages etc you would only be rendered unemployed and unemployable!
➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖
Rather unfortunately, our training/education system is modeled in such a way where the output is directed at being able to be memorable and competitive rather than being self-thought-provoking with ideas.
➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖
90% of the labour force would be rendered unemployed and unemployable and this wouldn’t be their fault but it would be because of technology.
➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖
The solution however, remains; TRAINING, EDUCATION and SENSITIZATION now!
To whom it may concern

Monumental Scam - How an underground rapper deceived the whole country
The new trend on the streets is geared towards an awards ceremony purported to be from the United Nation (UN), conferred on numerous personalities in Ghana.
An underground rapper who goes by the name His Excellency Doctor Ambassador Kwame Owusu Fordjour who says he's a diplomatic and a human activist has brought the country to a state of confusion for using the name of former UN secretary General, the late Kofi Annan and the United Nations to dish out awards to personalities in the country.
Dr Fordjour since the start of this year has been moving from one office to the other giving awards to personalities for their excellent contributions to humanity over the years.
The Grande Ceremony happened at the Alisa Hotel in Accra on Saturday 29th August, 2020, where individuals were awarded for the outstanding services. Notable personalities who graced the occasion were rappers Sarkodie, D-Black, Media personality Nathaniel Attoh of Joy sports and so on.
Before the ceremony, other personalities including Deputy Health minister Hon. Okoe Boye, Minerals commission chairman Hon. S.K Boafo, Australian Ambassador to Ghana, GFA Execuive committee member Frederick Acheampong, Ashanti Region NPP chairman Wontumi, Municipal Chief Executives etc. had already received their awards in their offices. Others like, Captain smart received theirs after the ceremony.
The awards came under serious scrutiny when people started posting their plaques on social media, others decided to check the source of the awards and ultimately the research was fruitful when it got established that the United Nations had no idea of any awards going on in this part of the world.
Dr Fordjour has since gone into hiding and throwing jabs at people questioning his awards. The awardees has been subjected to several trolls as to how they couldn't decipher fake from original.
The mystery of the whole situation is how he was able to bring all these people together, Moreover how he moved from high profile offices to the other but none was able to fish him out as being fake.
Words on the streets says, he took monies from the awardees before conferring on them what's now being referred to as water bottle awards.
It's now an established fact the Dr Fordjour is an underground rapper who is struggling to the limelight and decided to use this method to get the attention of Ghanaians, and lo and behold he's got everyone talking about him.
In 2010 it was reported that this same Dr Fordjour wanted to scam some rural banks in the name of giving them awards. It is believed Dr Fordjour is a professional con artist who has been on this mission decades ago
Below Is the full list of awardees

DECEMBER POLLS; INNOVATION AND THE X-FACTOR MUST DECIDE
With barely some 90 days to the general elections, topical issues for debate and consideration by electorates would critically be looked at, but what would be the X-factor that would trigger voters to exercise thier franchise in favour of party LPG or GUM.
➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖
Corruption was a major role player that saw a massive rejection of former president HE John Dramani Mahamma during the 2016 election as there were too many unanswered scandals under his watch. President Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo Addo heitherto, after being sworn into power on 7.1.2017 brought hope as many Ghanaians felt the prosecutions of corrupt officials under the former president wouldn’t go unpunished.
➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖
True to his word the office of the special prosecutor was set up specifically for this purpose. Can Ghanaians say they are satisfied at the delivery of the Special Prosecutor- Mr Martin Amidu , Let the people be the judge.
➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖
Education. As the ruling NPP propagated Free SHS since it’s 2008 through to 2016 campaign, the NDC vehemently kicked against it and even did counter adverts to render it unpopular. Fortunately or unfortunately this flagship program of the Npp has chocked successes and received international commendation from the double stream, through the introduction of green and gold and heitherto having the first batch of the “Akuffo Addo” graduates passing out. Has this been an innovation which has helped Ghana, Let Ghana decide in the December polls 2020.
➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖
Health. Frantically, former President Mahamma helped put up some medical facilities (like UGMC and others) which is highly commendable. However, as the ruling Government is putting up even more hospitals and facilities; they have also introduced zip line drone project, over 300 ambulances for each constituency and more. The x-factor!
➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖
Dear Ghana, never in our history has evey citizen benefited from free water and 50% on Electricity bills ever, since 1957 but the current government through the management of the novel Covid-19 pandemic that hit the world saw these incentives coming the way of the average Ghanaian. Our nurses and teachers have had thier allowances restored under President NADAA which was cancelled under madam Naana Jane (formerly education minister of the JDM era from 2012 to 2016 and now the current running mate of former president JDM, now Mr Mahamma; the flag bearer of the NDC” Hence in the area of Health; Let Ghana decide...
➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖
Energy. Topical of the issues that led to the rejection of Mr Mahama at the 2016 polls was a popular term “Dumsor”. For the longest history in Ghana, irregular power flow and cuts hits us unanswered from 2011 to 2016 (5 continuos years). Generators were in vogue during this period and many businesses crumble and saw massive negative returns in the formal and informal sectors of the economy. As much as this has almost vanished, the ruling government also soiled itself with a questionable PDS deal but handled with integrity as it was corrected. But again dear president, we want to see people being prosecuted and not just corrected. The X-factor element again has played a major role here.
➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖
Infrastructure. Arguably the only government that has contributed the most in infrastructure is the Kwame Nkrumah Government. Subsequent governments can only be described as trying. So based on what is being done, and/or maintained one can make an informed conclusions.
➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖
Railways development. After the Gold Coast regime and President Nkrumah regime; the rails have simply been neglected and left to its own fate over decades. Thankfully, an astute minister Hon Joe Ghartey has transformed the entire railway sector in 3.5 years with the ongoing lines and carriages he has facilitated into Ghana under the president NADAA regime. Leave politics out of this and this element alone makes me see a true X-factor leader in the current regime.
➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖
Barring a few hitches and glitches. “Clearing agent” tactics etc Propaganda has finally died in Ghanaian politics and decerning Ghanaians see the light in identifying issues and speaking to it.
In as much as all governments have done their own bits in contribution to nation building, let’s see the x-factor of the front runners and choose accordingly.
➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖
Allow me paraphrase words of a leading NDC member “many of the projects which are now being commissioned have already been captured as completed in our green book some 5years ago” -Allotey Jacobs
In the same vain, Let me paraphrase words of a leading NPP member “If President Akuffo Addo doesn’t jail corrupt Julius Debrah and his boss JDM, I will campaign against him!”- Mr Kusi Boafo.
➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖
We have 1 Ghana.
We have 1 country.
No room for politicking and propaganda anymore.
The X-factor must win!

YOUTH WING OF SUAME CONSTITUENCY CONTINUED WITH THEIR DOOR TO DOOR CAMPAIGN YESTERDAY
Tuesday 2nd September, 2020, Suame polling station youth Organizers joined Constituency Youth Organizer (Hon. Yusif Hamid aka Fish to embark on a massive door to door campaign.
➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖
As part of the party's mantra in ensuring another four more years for H.E Nana Addo Dankwah Akufo Addo and Hon Osei Kyei-Mensah-Bonsu in Election 2020, mobilizing and canvassing for votes is now the plainly objective of every constituency and it is in this regard that saw the Youth Organizers hitting grounds in the Suame Constituency.
➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖
The Youth Organizers categorically made sure to illuminate all the good works of Nana Akufo Addo, Hon Osei Kyei Mensah Bonsu and the Npp government to the good people of Suame Constituency.
It could be overtly seen, that the reception and the enthusiasm exhibited by the people in accepting the message was very remarkable.
➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖
Let's win together on December 7th.
